CTRL ALT DEL

“This is the true joy in life
being used for a purpose recognized by you as a good one.
Being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances
complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.  . . .
I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work the more I love.
I rejoice in life for its own sake.
Life is no brief candle to me;
it is a sort of splendid torch which I've got a hold of for the moment
and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible
before handing it on to future generations.”

~George Bernard Shaw

I rejoice in life.
But somewhere on this globe every 10 seconds, there is a woman giving birth to a child. She must be found and stopped. This is my purpose in life which I recognize as a good one. My goal before my ctrl alt del session, handing this on to future generations.
ESC.

Population, when unchecked, increases in a geometrical ratio.
Subsistence only increases in an arithmetical ratio.

Thank you for the inspiration. Indeed devoutly to be wished, and hoped for.

Make the Main Thing THE Main Thing.
Perhaps there is one more main thing to the Main Thing - Control Thyself.

Remember, remember the dreaded November
(with the exception of the 9th and 11th of course).
Thank you for the much needed inspiration.

Remember…
I remember,
The fir trees dark and high;
I used to think their slender tops
Were close against the sky:
It was a childish ignorance,
But now 'tis little joy
To know I'm farther off from heav'n
Than when I was a boy.

Thank you.

Remember, remember treasons and plots-
Let us make November(5th)National Bank Transfer Day.
Why not transfer to a credit union or a small, local bank committed to community investment instead of a large corporate bank ?
I see no reason why plots and treasons should ever be forgot...

"A penny for us guys!”

November thoughts-
Uncle Tom's Cabin mobilized abolitionist sentiment in the United States, Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist opened people's eyes to the mistreatment of children in British workhouses and orphanages, and Richard Henry Dana's Two Years Before the Mast: A Personal Narrative of Life at Sea and Herman Melville's White Jacket helped end the flogging of sailors.
In the past century Erich Maria Remarque's All Quiet on the Western Front, George Orwell's 1984, Arthur Koestler's Darkness at Noon, Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn's One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird, Elie Wiesel's Night, Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse-Five, Alex Haley's Roots, Anchee Min's Red Azalea, Azar Nafisi's Reading Lolita in Tehran, and Alice Walker's Possessing the Secret of Joy all raised public awareness.
Cinema and television reached even larger audiences and offered experiences that were more immediate.
These explosions may have contributed to the Humanitarian Revolution by getting people into the habit of straying from their parochial vantage points.
Is the internet the tool to spur new ideas, moral values and inspire just social orders? Is it capable to release the better angels of our nature from that proverbial closet we have locked them into? Or will it all be ctrld+alt+deleted?

Another November thought-
We need to unlock the strong and righteous angels of wisdom, humility, compassion, and tough love now. We need to reject the weak and evil angels of pride, hate, arrogance, intolerance, racism, and the belief that force is the answer to all problems—or, indeed, that we in the United States have answers to all problems.

More November thoughts-

The idea that the world is more moral now because humans have made progress through reading, film, television or indeed the internet, is debatable because history reveals that mankind’s innate attachment to violence is such that it finds cause not only in anger that is reasoned, but where it doesn’t exist. Given the capacity of present-day weapons to kill millions, the argument can be rendered invalid by one swift destructive strike.

Thank you for the inspiration-my grey cells are inspired...
