I feel the tears in my throat but they aren't moving any further than that today. Thank you so much for this. I have felt lost in the midst of the anniversary coverage in the press. This helped so much.
I feel closer to God and creation while the world sleeps and I remain awake. There is a rest from the noises of man and a melody in the soil, sky, water, wind, and vegetation.
I know I should sleep but I would rather breath in life.
